I show you how to cook an octopus.  This octopus I bought at the South Melbourne Market.  I’m going to serve it with tomato and lettuce salad and specially made chili sauce, lemon and lime.

Making a salad with potatoes, white vinegar, sour cream, chili, paprika, spinach, shallots and lettuce.

Cooking flattened steak with seafood sauce including mussells, fish, onions, shallots, snow pea sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, cream, tomato paste. Served with lettuce.
